Tina Castle is a guitarist who moves across rock, blues, jazz, Gypsy jazz, bluegrass, fingerstyle ragtime and acoustic blues, sometimes inside a single set. Thirty-five years in, her playing puts soul and spontaneity ahead of flash. The Friends shows are loose and improvisational, built around her fingerstyle work.
