Taper's Choice is a self-described subversive jam band built from members of the indie-rock world: bassist and singer Alex Bleeker of Real Estate, guitarist Dave Harrington of Darkside, and drummer and singer Chris Tomson of Vampire Weekend. Formed in Los Angeles in 2020, the band improvises with no fixed set list and no fixed outcome, and marked its fifth anniversary in 2026 with the FIVE THEE WELL run of shows.
