Shelly Shu is an indie folk singer-songwriter based in Pittsburgh with roots in Boston, writing songs centered on feelings and the stories people build around them. She draws on Americana and roots artists like Susan Tedeschi, Sarah Jarosz and Madison Cunningham alongside indie pop influences, plus Leonard Cohen and Joni Mitchell. Her album Sunrise arrived in 2025.
