Rick DiMuzio is a jazz saxophonist, composer, and longtime professor at Berklee College of Music, where he has taught ear training, improvisation, saxophone, and jazz composition for over 27 years. He earned a doctorate in jazz composition from New England Conservatory and has performed and recorded with artists including Esperanza Spalding, Terri Lyne Carrington, and David Liebman. His two solo albums, First Offerings (2004) and Time Travelers (2020), showcase his work as a leader alongside his active career as a sideman in the Boston jazz community.
