Rev. Robert B. Jones, Sr. is a Detroit-based multi-instrumentalist, storyteller, educator, and ordained minister whose "holy blues" fuses traditional African American gospel with country blues. Encouraged early on by Willie Dixon, he plays guitar, harmonica, mandolin, banjo, fiddle, and ukulele, and the Blues Foundation honored him in 2007 for his work as a blues educator.
