Madagascar KIDS’s next Boston-area show is October 8, 2026 at The Firehouse Center for the Arts.
Madagascar KIDS is the abridged, young-performer edition of Madagascar - A Musical Adventure, the stage adaptation of the DreamWorks film. Alex the lion, Marty the zebra, Melman and Gloria break out of the Central Park Zoo and wash up somewhere considerably less air-conditioned; the KIDS cut condenses the story and its songs, "I Like to Move It" included, into a roughly half-hour show built for elementary-age casts.
