Lou Mace is a queer folk-punk artist based in Allston, writing raw and often humorous songs about mental health, relationships, and survival. After bouncing through Virginia, Brooklyn, Portland, and New Haven, Mace landed in Boston's DIY scene, drawing on influences from Alanis Morissette to Radiator Hospital. Beyond performing, Mace works in mental health as a peer specialist and has run songwriting workshops at shelters and hospitals.
