Jonathan Something is Jon Searles, an indie songwriter who has jumped between garage rock, anti-folk, synthpop and neo-soul. His latest album, One More Lonesome Cowboy Song, is gentle, hypnotic cosmic country in the spirit of Gram Parsons and Gene Clark, with fingerpicked guitars and hushed, double-tracked vocals. He plays every instrument on the record.
