Jarrod Lawson is a Portland singer, songwriter and pianist who plays neo soul in the Stevie Wonder lineage, rich chords and layered vocal harmony over a live band groove. He writes and arranges everything himself, and the live show leans on those harmonies. His audience grew out of the UK soul scene before the US caught up.
