David Wax Museum is a Boston band built by David Wax and Suz Slezak around Mexican son jarocho, Appalachian string-band music, and indie-folk songwriting, complete with jawbone percussion. Here they join Lowland Hum, the Virginia husband-and-wife duo whose hushed, close-harmony folk works at whisper volume, for a co-billed evening called The Golden Hours.
