Dan and Peggy Reeder’s next Boston-area show is February 20, 2027 at Arts At The Armory.
Dan Reeder writes deadpan, homemade folk songs and plays them on instruments he builds himself, from steel-string guitars and banjos to a PVC trombone. He has been on John Prine's Oh Boy Records since the early 2000s, longer than anyone but Prine, and the humour is very dry. He now performs with his daughter Peggy Reeder, who sings harmony and trades banter with him.
