Caleb Quillen is principal double bass of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, appointed in 2025 as successor to Edwin Barker. A New England Conservatory alumnus who previously held posts with the Kansas City and Dallas symphonies, he also plays with the Boston Symphony Chamber Players and teaches at NEC.
